Esther believes that design is beyond beautiful things, it is her gateway to helping people.

Her belief in designing for social causes led her to collaborate with National University Hospital (Singapore) for her latest project 'Rabbit Ray" where she designed medical toys for children.

Recently, "Rabbit Ray" was also shortlisted as Global Top 15 Finalists for James Dyson Award 2011.
