Design, works of art, illustrations, photography, doodles, text, type, the beauty of color are all pieces which inspire me to move forward with my love for them. Designing for print and web can be challenging at times, it is amazingly rewarding. This is especially true when a client has positive feedback about their material. I was recently interviewed about my graphic design services for Thumbtack's spotlight blog. You can view this blog at: This was an awesome opportunity for me to share my experiences in working with clients while working on a variety of design projects! I have had the wonderful opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients. They have allowed me the chance to create logos, posters, CD's, business cards, complete and edit photography for, book covers among other marketing material for. Wow... that's a lot of designing! A little bit about my background and how I leaped into the design world... I have been inspired by design ever since I can remember while never really into illustrating, I really enjoyed putting my "spin" on things artistically speaking and creating with a hands on way of thought. I graduated from The Art Institute of Portland with a bachelors degree in Design Management with a minor in graphic design. I do not limit myself to any design work, if there is something which can be created however, I have not had the chance to do so, I am willing to try, give it my best and see what happens. I really enjoy working with new clients and love the challenge of designing something that will untimely be viewed by perspective customers. The ideal job for me would be to work in the area of art direction.
