About

I was born and raised in Bangalore, India. Ever since I can remember I've been either drawing or messing around in coreldraw & photoshop. After graduating high school I decided to study Fine Arts as my passion to design.

I had a life changing experience working for a Retail Manufacturing company as a creative designer. The constant thrill of problem solving and the mechanics around design, being either product, graphic or visual merchandising immediately converted my hobby into a real passion and I decided to make Design my profession.

I've learned about the whole spectrum of design and design management. From print to motion to prototyping and combined it with the design knowledge I gained at the various portfolios held by me across verticals at the jobs I've held. It's been the best decision I've made and I can't wait to start helping other people with the knowledge I acquired.

I have worked extensively with Dalziel and Pow who are an integrated design consultancy firm in London to develop an entire look and feel of a Brand and its sub-brands and bespoke it to suit the Indian Retail conditions. It was a broad based exercise which included the look and feel of (corporate, brand, and retail structuring) this took several months to put in place this was jointly executed with Technopak Consultants.

I would like to think of myself as a highly creative individual, original, intuitive and perceptive. I would like to find myself designing, packaging, presenting, marketing and selling my own ideas and products to any company which does hire me in the future. In a nut-shell. "A highly skilled, talented designer, outstanding communicator and knowledgeable, intelligent, business-savvy professional”.

Besides my main Job Description I also contribute and bring my design skills and ideas to certain segments of society that have worthy causes attached to it, some which are:
Bachpan Bachao Andolan (BBA/ Save the Childhood Movement) / Save the Tiger Initiative (NDTV - Aircel) / CUPA / World Tobacco day / World Environment Day / Abortion and save the girl-child movements / Chetna Drug Addiction and Counseling Services / de-addictions / Bangalore Traffic Police / adoption services / Alcoholic Anonymous (Communication for the General Service Office (G.S.O.) of A.A. in New York City) World Blood Donor Day, / Sparsh Hospitals / Apollo Hospitals / IFAD (enabling the rural poor to overcome poverty in Africa) Save the children / Quit Smoking - all creatives and ideas are provided without a fee for these Causes to which I am an active member.


One of my belief's is that I will always find a way to achieve what I want to achieve even if it takes a bit of time....
