Us&Then is a design consulting project I started to collaborate and create with others. Furniture, automotive, softgoods, hardgoods, electronics (consumer and hacked-to-death monsters), the limit is the imagination. Clients include the US Ski and Snowboard association, Microsoft X-box 360 brand, a national brand of personalized gifts, and the Innovation Factory to name a few.

Help clients with cycling needs, evaluation of client bicycles for service, and performing service work on bicycles. Managing bike builders and shop staff. Ordering of small parts, shop supplies, and customer special orders from distributors. I also help on the sales floor as needed.

Technology Transfer Industrial Designer Work with 3d visualization rapid prototyping, distributed engineering/design, and emerging technologies to complete objectives of DARPA MENTOR contract award for STEM education for over 1,000 US schools. Oversee development of technology and resources for MENTOR and outside strategic partnerships. Secondary tasks included: the recruitment of strategic partners, blogging, aiding in proprietary software development, travel to partners and sights for proprietary product installation, construction and maintenance of equipment.

Design posters, set up events, put together promotional material, operate/coordinate printing equipment, manage the street team, and investigating growth for the business.

Collaborate and develop new products and lines. Extend the Blicksbags brand through new accessories and products. Work on production of products and prototypes. Duties also included displays and placements, sketching, ideation, and testing.

Consult with customers about their printing needs, including creating original graphic design work for orders and company promotional materials. Managing and ordering supplies Maintenance of the DTG Kiosk II printers. Additional duties included training developmentally disabled adults on printing processes, evaluating workers and placing them in a task to which they are best suited.

Consult with students over use of Universal Laser Systems X-660 laser platform (laser cutter), and Dimension sst 3D modeling machine (FDM). Preparing files and basic maintenance along with testing of new materials.
