As a child I remember sketching, drawing, painting, and taking everything a part. I was always curious about the world and wanted to learn how things worked. From the beginning I was always acknowledged throughout my early years, by friends, and family. I knew early on I had something to give to the world. As I grew older and headed to college to pursue engineering, I quickly realized engineering was only half of what I wanted to do. There was another side of me that wanted to be unleashed. I learned that Engineering was a great experience, little did I know, it would help me out in the near future. I took charge of my life and made a big career change. I educated myself and learned what Industrial Design then I applied into the Industrial Design program at Gerald D. Hines Architecture School and got accepted, this was one of the best moments in my life. I graduated and received a BS in Industrial Design and a Minor in Studio Art May 2012. I want to make use of my unique creativity, talents, skills and work with the best design companies, studios, or consultancies in the world. I want to gain experience in consumer electronics, house wares, consumer packaging, furniture, and tool design. I want to bring my user-centered design, ideation, concept development, model-making, refinement, communication, and presentation skills to the table. My message is simple, do what you love.
