Spearheaded the entire flash sale fashion eCommerce website. Hired the back-end programming team. Headed daily/weekly meetings with buyers, CEO/CFO, back end Prestashop developers. Directed photo and video shoots. Retouched photos when needed. Project managed the website and inspected inventory. Entire website was fully functional and live in 2 months’ time.
Harnessed a brands most marketable qualities and through multiple venues (advertising campaigns, viral marketing, social media, website, apps, direct mail, events, out of home advertising etc.) tied in uniformed and cohesive strategies that were both effective and creative. Directed a team of 6-8 designers in a hands-on managerial position for all marketing/promotional materials, including but not limited to: B2B, artist press kits, studio website, album cover design, advertisements, posters, stickers, as well as overseeing photo-shoots. Handled virtually every creative aspect of the record label’s public image.
