Assist the CRM Administration team with ensuring the data in FT's CRM system, SalesForce, is as accurate as possible.

Assist with data cleaning initiatives, research, reporting, marketing list generation, recurring data maintenance processes and other data related projects.

Help implement new initiatives to help promote data-health in SalesForce.

Work with CRM Data Coordinator & CRM Data Manager to perform de-duping and other ad-hoc data initiatives of system.

Assist the SalesForce administration team with global support of our commercial team operations.

- Layout and design wedding albums according to the customer's preferences and requirements, be able to apply all the specifications stated in every project.

- Produce Artwork for event invitations, Tarpaulins, Business Cards, ID cards, Brochures, Logos, and other Graphic design layout.

: Data Processing Analyst (October 2012 - April 2014)

 - Process and format data and content for FT Newspaper and its supplements, FT.com, and other FT Publications

 - Ensure the delivery of FT content in the proper formats and through the appropriate media and channels to all FT B2B clients and customers

 - Provide basic technical support to the senior roles within the unit and to other B2B teams as needed

 - Provide operational and status reports to the B2B Data Processing Team Leader as requested

 - Deliver ad hoc data processing project requests, ensuring that expectations are well managed and work prioritized

 - Report to the B2B Data Processing Team Leader and provide information regarding the day-to-day operations of the Data Processing team as requested

 - Communicate, coordinate, and follow up with necessary IT teams, particularly for escalated issues, regarding Data Processing systems and hardware concerns when needed

 FT Media Syndication
o Spot syndication of Copyrighted articles to Media Syndication Service website where FT syndication clients can access FT owned copyright content and then re‐use it as defined in their content contracts.
o FT copyright checking and maintenance
o To send out the compiled headlines and summaries of the FT articles and provide the requested articles to the syndication clients through email

 Other Tasks
o Handling corporate support emails on clients' inquiries regarding undelivered data
o support function to corporate support by performing other tasks as requested

- Formatting International business news and information from major online and paper-based sources under Data Formatting Team- News Licensing Agency, Manila

- Creating news clips from newspapers in pdf format using Adobe Photoshop and other image editing tools.

 Page Layout of Textbooks and Journals using Adobe Indesign, Quark Express, and Adobe FrameMaker. Enhancement of arts used using Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop using Macintosh and PC platform. Convert end product into PDF format and perform Color Separation.

 Convert files into XML format using XML Spy Software, HTML files using ABBY Fine Reader, and Hot Metal Software to produce reusable, Internet-ready data structures.

: Math Equations Operator
 Create mathematical equations for Pearson Textbooks and other Educational books using Mathtype Software, Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe Acrobat Professional Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Photoshop Elements. Input files into database using File Maker Pro6.

 MAPCUBE PROJECT: Digitize maps- create 3d model using Terra Firma Software and Urban Viewer Software (equivalent to AutoCad and Maya platforms) that will be used for GIS applications-Car Navigations. Digitize the photos using Kuribayashi, Photo3d Software and Adobe Photoshop that will enhance the 3d model structures.

 URBAN MAP PROJECT: Digitize maps using VECEdit Software for 3D Model Enhancements.
