Manage requisition documents for all government agencies including overseas. Contact item managers for specific national stock numbers for corresponding documents. Keep tract of all documents through various means, such as Excel spreadsheets, automated systems, Smart chain and LMP, Microsoft Outlook, and filing systems. Uses communication skills throughout the day via emails, phone calls, and fellow employees needing status on documents or any related issues. Worked with many different personalities, sold postal products, sorted mail, and closed the store at the end of shift. This included counting all money collected during the day and sorted the final mail to go out that evening.

Accountability for soldiers and their sensitive items, such as weapons, gas masks, and problem solving of any person issues. Supervised four soldiers while setting up our parts shop for the mechanics and an office space. Conducted inventories on a regular basis, picking up parts from the warehouse up to three times daily, ordering parts, issuing parts, dispatching, including a great deal of customer service. Supervised the inventory assets on hand at a GS-09 level, including supervision of inventory counts, adjustments, issues, and issuance to mechanics for equipment maintenance.
