Proposal Response for Sound Transit PM/CM MATOC
STV partnered as a subcontractor to S2E Consulting on Sound Transit’s Program Management/Construction Management (PM/CM) MATOC procurement, a large on-call contract involving 17 subcontractor partners. As proposal manager, I supported this DBE/WBE prime in preparing a highly coordinated response for the Small Business category—leading the overall proposal development process, managing partner inputs, and ensuring compliance with Sound Transit’s rigorous submittal requirements.
