Over the past three years, as a co-founder led a design firm operating in Assam and Arunachal Pradesh, delivering over 100 projects that showcase my expertise in balancing design sensibilities with budgetary constraints. Working closely with clients, local contractors, and vendors, I have sharpen my ability to navigate complex project dynamics, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions that meet the unique needs of each project. This experience has not only deepened my understanding of regional design nuances but also instilled in me a passion for creating contextually relevant and sustainable design solutions.

My four-year tenure at Bhartiya City, a luxury gated community in Bengaluru, was a transformative experience that deepened my understanding of the real estate industry. As a member of the project management team, I worked on iconic projects, including the Mixed-Use development featuring the Leela Hotel & Convention Centre, Leela Branded Apartments, and Bhartiya Mall of Bengaluru, as well as high-rise IT buildings, Nikoo apartments, and landscaping & campus infrastructure.
This experience honed my management skills in resolving design and site issues, while collaborating with senior leadership, including the Director, Chairman, and management team, as well as international design consultants like WOW Architects (Singapore), RSP Design (India), and FRA Creative (UK), and various local consultants, contractors, and vendors.

As part of the team at R C Architecture in Bengaluru, I gained valuable experience working with a large design team on numerous high-profile projects. These projects included government institutions & college campuses, as well as private ventures like high-rise apartments and corporate interiors. I was involved in different stages for different projects, from pitching and concept planning to execution and handover, providing me with a comprehensive understanding of the design and delivery process.

During my tenure with Modular Architects in Patna, in very short period of time I played a key role in planning and visualizing of multiple residential and commercial projects. This experience provided me with invaluable insights into optimizing land use and budget allocation in real-world scenarios.
