Over 10 years of energy and experience in the Toy Industry, with a focus on infant and girl's toys. Expert in design with a passion for conceptualizing and brainstorming. Exceptional interpersonal skills, working successfully both as a designer on a team, as well as a director overseeing a group of in-house designers and freelancers. Seasoned in the broad spectrum of the product development process with an extensive knowledge of the doll market. Worked annually at both of the national industry trade shows, the Fall Toy Preview in Dallas and Toy Fair NYC, which included participating in sales meetings with key buyers. Experience also includes traveling to Hong Kong to meet with the company's overseas manufacturing teams and visit their factories in China, as well as to source new materials for products. -
