Ensure smooth communication between final pattern and seamstress through accuracy and attention to detail.

Create artwork and illustrations based upon Creative Director's needs for web pages and advertisements through the blending of hand rendering and computer-aided design.
Analyze current trends in fashion to determine theme or message of final product.
Translate design concepts into visual products that will bring in consumer interest.

Build and maintain customer relationships while driving sales, attending to customer needs/inquiries, and promoting product through presentation and merchandising.
Responsible for product design process including market research, inspiration boards, and idea sketching while providing recommendations regarding seasonal themes, edits to product line and innovative design concepts.
Actively participate in the conceptual development of collection pieces through the draping and flat pattern drafting process.
Ensure collection is consistent with market trends as well as business strategy to maximize profit.
Assist in coordinating fashion show presentations and in-store events and promotions.
