Brought brand design management principles to organization and implemented yearly brand health tracking to build market knowledge across legacy and new markets. • Brand Design Champion for Family Care Sustainability “Love Your Planet” initiative partnering with World Wildlife Fund and FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) to develop and deploy visual and verbal strategy and guidelines for packaging, PR and social media on Kleenex, Cottonelle, Viva and Scott.
• Led Global Packaging brand development and managed onsite team for Kimberly-Clark Professional (KCP) B2B brands across health care, hospitality, scientific, industrial and business sectors with adherence to all regulatory for industry including FDA rules for medical devices.
• Focused on delivering design value and efficiency by effective directing and coaching of partner agencies to optimize workflow process improvements including design and deployment of DAM (Digital Asset Management system and ESKO-powered workflow approval software.
