I founded and lead this brand with fellow designer Tony Saint Hua.
I ensured creative direction, and brand management.
I was also managing a team of 10 tailors and seamstresses in our studio.

I assumed creative direction of Tiger Force while the brand was trying to solidify and expends it’s brand identity. I succesfully created two new lines within the brand, with their own image and market positionning. The tasks included in this mission were: brand identity (segmentation of the different lines with complementary identities and positionning); visual identity (design of consistent logo, labels, hangtags, shop layout...); fashion design and marketing (development of collections with dedicated style for each different line); methodology (reorganisation of the R&D department, establishment of a development protocol).
