• Manage a 7-person team in the Creative Department for a Global luxury packaging company.

South Tryon and Matthews-Ballantyne locations.
• Design consultant for the Rock Hill, SC location’s graphic designer and sales team.
• Responsible for scheduling all internal and outside installations.
• Oversee the production staff to ensure jobs are produced correctly, efficiently and by deadlines.
• Manage ordering of materials and supplies for design and production.
• Meet one on one with clientele to ensure design follows any company branding guidelines
and customer expectation.
• Work closely with all sales staff to make sure all deadlines are met with design and production.
• Set goals for both the design team and the production team on a monthly basis
for performance enhancement.
• Lead weekly work start meetings to ensure all staff are up to date with current assignments.

• Contributed to making Fastsigns South Tryon land in the top five Fastsigns in the world.

• Used Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and FlexiSign to produce artwork and designs for vehicle wraps, store front display graphics and a variety of signage types.
• Worked closely with clientele to produce designs to meet company branding guidelines and budget.
• Installed full viny graphic wraps on a variety of vehicles, including buses, race trailers,
boats, hummers, trucks and cars.

• Managed 3-4 subordinates, produced all designs, and managed weekly schedule.

• Designed compact disc and cassette layouts for bands and artist. Used Adobe Creative Suites and QuarkXpress.
