Responsible for working with internal development team, senior management and operations to develop project scopes, budgets and programming for new dealerships and service centers. Oversee design consultants from schematic design through construction administration of various AutoNation brands throughout the USA. Review all completed documents for adherence to established brand standards, code compliance and design integrity. Collaborate with internal team in the development of design presentations for internal executive team.

Responsible for developing and implementing design and construction standards to improve their growth throughout the United States and internationally. Worked closely with the real estate team in site selection and analysis, developed the design concepts for each location, hired and managed architects and interior design firms for the design development and construction documentation for all sites. Coordinated and oversaw the construction of all new retail locations. As a team leader, I collaborated with the executive team to help move the TdB operation to unique, creative and profitable design solutions for each location.

Architects Director of Architectural Technology Responsible for quality control and developing drawing standards through architectural technology (AutoCAD & 3-D design programs, SketchUp and Photoshop). Supervised Architectural and Interior teams in the set up and organization of projects from the preliminary planning phase through construction documentation. Initiated and developed design concepts and branding for each restaurant. Supervised and collaborated with architects and engineers hired to develop final design and construction documents. Supervised and coordinated construction administration for all Fogo De Chao restaurants with outside design consultants. Responsible for strategic site selection, market research and site analysis of new or existing national and international retail locations. Reviewed leases and LOIs for each property contract negotiations and developed project budgets. . As a team leader, I developed design standards and budgets so that the design team could create unique and profitable design solutions that fit the vernacular of each location while maintaining the company brand.
