Designed the Global Sales Conference invitation to visualize virtual connection, using images of attendees linked by dotted lines over a dynamic city background—highlighting how the team remains connected across the globe.
Created the logo and tagline (EVOLVE.TO.WIN) for Oxford’s first virtual Global Sales Conference (GSC)—using Oxford’s brand font and graphic elements. Since the event had traditionally been held in person, we focused on making the online experience feel engaging and cohesive. The tagline, EVOLVE.TO.WIN, referenced the adaptability required during COVID, as the team shifted to new ways of working and connecting. The logo and tagline were also featured on a custom-branded Yeti gift sent to attendees, reinforcing the event identity and creating a lasting takeaway.
As lead event coordinator, I crafted all attendee communications with a focus on clarity and visual hierarchy—ensuring participants could easily understand key details and next steps.

Digital Collateral & Event Branding: Oxford Global Sales Conference (GSC)

I led the creative development and organization of Oxford Properties Group’s first virtual Global Sales Conference (GSC) during COVID-19. With the event shifting online for the first time, I crafted a cohesive digital experience to keep attendees engaged and connected.

My work included:

Designing the event logo and visual identity

Creating emails, invitations, and a digital agenda

Developing a custom Yeti gift concept and packaging

Designing a survey and branded presentation templates

I also managed overall event planning and execution, ensuring a seamless experience across all touchpoints. The project successfully translated the energy of an in-person event to a virtual format and strengthened internal engagement during a critical time.
