The Public Market in Emeryville, CA, a vibrant retail and food hall asset owned by Oxford Properties Group, partnered with me to bring new energy to underutilized spaces. Collaborating closely with property management and their PR agency, we launched a series of free monthly events designed to activate empty areas, support local vendors, and engage the community.
These events offer local vendors a no-cost platform to showcase their products, grow their audience, and connect with new customers. At the same time, the market creates a lively atmosphere that benefits retail tenants by driving increased foot traffic and fostering a stronger community connection.
