Tata Teleservices Ltd. is the market leader in the fixed wireless telephony market with a customer base of over 5 million. TTSL's telephony services include mobile services, fixed wireless phones (FWP), public booth telephony and wireline services. Among its value-added services are voice portal, roaming, post-paid internet services, three-way conferencing, group calling, wi-fi internet services and data services.

With the objective of making Tata Indicom the preferred telecommunications choice of customers across the country, TTSL wishes to provide automated Self Service experience to callers and resolve their concerns online.
The purpose of the application is to provide a speech and DTMF based IVR application to the customers of TTSL which shall help the callers to perform all the transactions and get information about their account. The application shall transfer the callers to the appropriate VDN, based on the caller’s requirement for assistance.
