1. Strategic planning:
- Responsible for strategic planning for Sales & Account dept in both short and long term.
- Responsible for 360 degree marketing/media planning / campaign for clients
- Analyze market and sales trend , design quaterly/yearly sales strategy.
- Manage, support and supervise team to build up new products , or innovative existing product adapting with trend and market’s need.
2. Sales target.
- Be responsibility of sales target.
- Assign sales target for each executives in team.
- Design sponsorship packages. Cooperating with production dept to seek the opportunities for movie/TV program sponsorship and alliance.
3. Implementing and deploying
- Manage & ensure smooth operation/activities according to the plan/strategy be approved by BOD;
- Maintain and reinforce the relationship with current media agencies, cooperating with them to provide full-service solution to clients
- Responsible for new business development out of the current customer portfolio by approaching and building relationship with direct clients in all industry
- Develop and maintain client network.
- Consult clients of best suitable programs/media channels and strategies to advertise or to do marketing campaign in order to maximize benefits of both clients and company.
- Collaborate with other departments to monitor and control the campaign from planning to execution
- Sales presentation & visit customer whenever it requires;
4. Managing & coaching
- Coordinate with HR dept to recruit, supervise and train all staffs for the team;
- Set up and coach the sales team of media analysis, marketing planning & selling skills to bring the best services to clients.
- Any other task as per requirement by the Board of Directors.
