Produce both print and online sales and marketing collateral, advertising, conference, direct response, informational, and other corporate collateral materials. Create print layouts, graphics, templates, image-based emails, web banners, and motion graphics within brand guidelines. Attend and participate in creative meetings to determine strategic and creative objectives of each project. Prepare files for pre-press and print vendors.

Design and digital production of a wide range of communication materials. Using software (primarily, the Adobe Creative Suite) to design, layout, produce, illustrate, and generate print-ready and Web-ready files for government and private sector clients, primarily the Department of Energy's Office of Energy Efficiency & Renewable Energy. Create infographics and layouts for products such as brochures, newsletters, flyers, posters, reports, and other print pieces. Develop and incorporate graphics into reports, newsletters, and other print and digital publications with an emphasis on responsiveness, timeliness, and accuracy. Work with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as both source materials for designing print materials and as final products (e.g., PowerPoint and Word templates). Attend project meetings with editors, other designers, and clients to discuss and plan work. Monitor and track project production to ensure proper and timely completion.

Responsible for establishing the look and feel of all proposed promotional print materials for Jared The Galleria of Jewelry. Scope includes catalogs, store signage, direct mail, shopping bags, etc. Also assists with developing marketing material for Corporate whenever needed.

Worked in the Prepress department where I was responsible for creating layouts and designs utilizing customer supplied art files in preparation for offset and silkscreen printing. Created special plating files to produce finished product. Created customer proofs, collected finished approved art files for delivery to clients and other duties as assigned.

Designed various projects such as, business cards, letterhead, flyers, brochures, store signs, etc. Created and/or redrew logos for various companies.

Worked in the in-house Ad Production department where I designed yellow page ads for print directories nationwide. Scanned and prepared artwork for print. Created and cleaned up artwork. Adhered to production and accuracy standards within a daily deadline. Proofed all ads/artwork and prioritized work volume according to department standards.

Designed various print collateral such as, newsletters, brochures, flyers, table tents, invitations, magazines, etc. Assisted with various aspects of production such as, paper cutting, scoring and operating folding machine. Filed job tickets for projects.
