Duties Include: * Designing brochures and promotional materials under the direction of the VP of Sales and Marketing * Interfacing with customers and vendors via phone and email * Photographing products and digitally retouching images * Maintaining the company website and an extensive library of sales literature * Writing and editing copy for datasheets, instruction manuals and the company website * Overseeing product returns and repair evaluations, creating repair evaluation packages for customers and outside sales personnel complete with photos and descriptions * Phone duties and customer service * Researching sales leads and collecting market data
