This work consists of many factors, bringing various challenges as new work unfolds. Jobs have to be completed on time to a set schedule and the standard of quality has to be sustained; whilst keeping professionalism throughout every job. This is extremely important when jobs come at different notices and multiple bookings for the same days; therefore preparation is essential, to ensure the jobs are done with precision. Every venue is challenging within itself, making them personal and unique for ultimate customer satisfaction.

(Work Experience)

This work was introductory to the accounting world. I worked on the reception desk; answering questions and relaying messages. I was given source data to sort by date; which was then used to create a Profit/ (Loss) spread sheet. I then created a ‘Fixed Assets’ sheet. This experience helped me gain confidence in dealing with customer needs; which relates to design in many ways. I have taken these skills and use them in everyday life.
