Caitelynd Masciotti

I am a passionate designer and lover of shoes! After graduating with a BFA in Graphic Design and the world led me to footwear. I started my footwear journey at Timberland as the Women's casual footwear design intern in 2014. There I learned a tremendous amount, building my foundation in the industry. Timberland workshops exposed me to everything from sketching, fit, color, pattern making, leather and textiles, last making and engineering. In 2015, I became Trend and Material Development Coordinator working under the Creative Director at Camuto Group for all six Dillard's exclusive brands. In this role, I worked directly with China and Brazil to develop materials for each season, as well as to create trend stories with each brand collaboratively. Since 2016, I have been at Camuto Group serving in a different role: Assistant Designer on Dillard's exclusive brand, Gianni Bini. Here, I have been a part of executing each season's line from start to finish. Although I have made a career in footwear I never want to lose touch with the Graphic Designer in me. I am constantly seeking and creating freelance projects for small business's and entrepreneurs. My journey has led me on a path I thought I would never be on but am so grateful to be part of such a dynamic, creative industry and art form. I truly love design and could never image doing anything else.
