Responsible for all of the mobile UI design for the world's largest retailer. Lead the team and art direction for the new iPhone, iPad and Android e-commerce apps. Work closely with cross-functional directors, PMs, IA, QA and researchers to design apps in an agile and waterfall process. Help improve the current mobile site on all devices (from smart phones to feature phones), direct the design for checkout on mobile, and develop prototypes and conduct user testing on future product features. Set standard brand guidelines and styles for all mobile apps and devices and coordinate closely with web and store design teams to ensure consistent brand experience throughout all channels. Along with native apps, help design features such as lists, pharmacy, photo, seasonal merchandising apps, and site refreshes. Currently manage a team of 3-4 designers, ranging from full-time senior designer to contractors.

Direct UI design for a range of web search and mobile applications, working closely with prototype developers, researchers and product managers in the Yahoo Search group. Recent design work includes new Yahoo home page and toolbar, search results page, SearchPad, Search Alerts, Inquisitor for iPhone, Delicious for mobile and Sketch-a-Search for iPhone. Also participate in product brainstorms, eye tracking and user studies, and in developing conceptual designs for product ideas. Previously managed marketing and branding design projects, both internal and external, before transferring to UI design.

Direct all creative services and design programs across the company, following a promotion from senior manager. Ensure adherence to brand image and communication objectives. Lead the project management and manage design process across areas including: corporate and product branding in print, web and advertisements; company and partner websites; executive presentations; event design; photo shoot and videos for sales, marketing and events; interior office design and branding. Manage as many as five simultaneous outsourcers, including designers, programmers and printers, while managing project budgets and requirements.

Responsible for maintaining all internal and external Web sites and company portals. Manage event design and all audiovisual requirements, while leading the design and project management for direct marketing and e-mail campaigns. Managed the redesign of the corporate Web site with a leading design agency. Worked extensively on branding, including signage, posters, rubdowns and promotional brochures. Helped to design the user interface of the company kiosks used in DVD rentals and to create Flash promotions for flat-screen displays.

Designed and created UI for B2B software products and customized customer projects. Planned information achitecture, created prototypes and conducted usability analysis and testing. Designed corporate logo and collateral as well as corporate intranet and Web site.
