· Collection creation in all categories, including woven, knit and tricot, and fully fashion knitwear garments.
· Supervise and lead the design team and the development of seasonal collections, ensuring commercial viability by meeting strict deadlines and calendar dates to deliver exceptional products, on time.
· Study of the market and fashion trends in terms of design, color and sustainable fabrics.

· Search and development of fabrics with suppliers abroad, as well as dealing with local agents.
· Approve fabrics and trimmings for quality and colours at each stage of development.
· Lead and manage the design team's workload and work closely to expand their skill set and knowledge.
