- Assists the Creative Services Project Manager with coordinating and managing the work flow of the Creative Services department.

- Acts as a creative liaison between both hospital and corporate contacts with the development of new marketing concepts and ideas and moves these concepts into design and production.

- Coordinates with the copy, design and production departments in determining project budget, workflow and scheduling and works with both internal and external contacts in the development of new materials, concepts and processes.

- Monitors and manages multiple projects in respect to content, budget and timelines.

- Graphic Design, with an emphasis on print layout and logo design for clients such as AIDS Alabama and the Birmingham Arts and Music Festival.

- Catalogued, archived and maintained an extensive library of imagery including stock graphics and photography and graphics and photography created by our in house designers and photographer.

- Extensive use of Adobe Creative Suite to create new marketing materials and to rework existing files to our clients needs.

- Worked directly with departmental Project Coordinators and Project Manager to maintain a productive work flow that stayed on time and on budget.

- Leadership and management of crews of 5-10 workers during the installation and breakdown of event, rental and wedding décor as well as corporate holiday décor for clients throughout Birmingham.
- Redesign of overall company look – including company logo, signage, vehicle graphics, print advertising and website.
- Photo documentation of new work and archiving of past projects for company records, client relations, marketing and advertising purposes.
- Extensive research of the benefits of plants in the workspace for usage in marketing and educational information for corporate clients.
