The Clairol Cocoon is the result of an NPD project aiming to make perfect hair-highlighting results simple and achievable for home consumers. The Cocoon is an applicator designed to sit between thumb and fingers; holding a small well of dye, closes over a length of hair and applies the correct amount of dye with each stroke.
