Engineer. Established designs for animal care products used for Biomedical Research. * Create engineering drawings, which includes B.O.M. and customer product releases. * Work directly with manufacturing to design and create fixtures to assist in the manufacturing process. * Familiar with ASME Y 14.5M-1994 dimensioning and tolerancing.

Responsible for developing new concepts, for cost reduction and product improvement possibilities. * Responsible for maintaining ISO 9001 compliancy. * QA/QC design requirements and FAI documentation. * Familiar with Manufacturing and Gate processes, raw materials, and tolerance stack analysis. * Responsible for the creation and/or review of drawing packages and transition to overseas manufacturing for new product releases. * Governing production and Gantt chart processes. * Creation of engineering documentation changes per HRI SOP including MasterControl ECR, ECN, and JDE ECO engineering document control. * Responsible for scheduling of deliverables and overall facility maintenance.
