Summary I am a culture and results focused manager, with a focus on delivering products that are:

Some of my achievements over the last 8 years include:
- Self-coding, publishing and marketing (low budget) two large scale apps that have achieved 750k downloads and $178k in sales
- Project Managing 80 successful software projects from inception to delivery (iOS, Web Services, Android, Web). With 0 failures.
- Product managing a Social Network and then putting together a partnership with a Sports Funding platform that then led to partnerships with Hockey Australia, AMF Bowling and 96 other state and national sporting bodies (giving us a reach of approximately 3 million members) - with more coming on board.
- Reverse engineering, documenting, putting together a new team and completely rebuilding a large Mobile Payments Platform (E-Commerce & Billing) that had suffered from failed development efforts.
- Putting together a partnership with PayPal that helped save the retail integration of a Mobile Payments platform.
- Formed an ongoing friendship and provided product management services to Chad Mureta (Best Selling Author, Speaker & Consultant - with app products that have been downloaded more than 40 million times).
I believe in testing economic-based assumptions before jumping into any development. A project delivered on time successfully isn't a success - if it doesn't resonate with its audience. -

SNIIP - Project Manager / Lead DeveloperBrisbane, AustraliaJan 2015 - Present (11 years 5 months)I was brought in as Project Manager to save the development of their Mobile Payments Platform (E-Commerce & Billing) which had suffered major setbacks in the months leading up to launch with failed development efforts from previous teams.
The project had many challenges and in the time since I commenced working in this position I have
- Quickly pulled a talented group of 12 development staff during a period when there was a short deadline for release - Completely rebuilt the PHP backend and web services
- Improved conversions of a major product niche by putting together the Mobile Billing feature of the app in a way that required zero IT involvement from potential councils / billers
- Reduced development time of the Mobile Billing feature to just one month (original implementation estimate was four to six months) - Greatly improved morale and output of the team
- Put together a partnership with PayPal that helped save the retail integration
- Successfully passed penetration testing and PCI Compliance 3.0 audit for the project and
We use an Agile Development process using Atlassian PM software, with daily scrums and regular code reviews. -

- Been personally responsible for 5 out of 7 of their client testimonials (as of mid 2014),
- Successfully led the development of approximately 60 mobile development projects (approximately half of which were cloud based, with Android, iOS and Web Services being required),
- Managed a staff of up to 20 cross-functional project members,
- Personally put together all UI/UX for these projects, and;
- Rescued the development of 5 projects from other development teams. -
iOS Developer / UI DesignerBrisbane, AustraliaJun 2008 - Sep 2012 (4 years 3 months)An in-house App Development company with offices in Australia and Vietnam, my focus was on developing high quality apps. My achievements included:
- Being featured by Apple for both our primary apps,
- Reaching top 5 in the US App Store,
- Personally developing an app that allows users to build their own apps visually and then automatically generate their own native Objective-C code,
- Setting up a passive download funnel of 400 daily downloads, by ASO (App Store Optimization) alone – still going today,
- 750,184 overall downloads,
- $178,383.57 in sales, and;
- Building up a 120,000 email marketing list.
The apps continue to generate downloads today, although the company’s focus has now shifted to providing high quality low cost development services for development partners. -
