Crowdsourcing has been an ongoing and increasing problem in the graphic design industry in recent years. The onslaught of crowdsourcing websites has been slowly but surely devaluing our industry.



What can we do about it? Spread the word to young designers. Educate our clients before they're lured in with the promise of getting dozens of so called "designers" to work on their project for free. And of course the least we can do is set the example and not participate in crowdsourcing ourselves.
