Leads PD department for the Medical Division in meeting milestones and ensures products’ development is efficient and punctual according to GTM calendar; Ensures brand process is followed across internal and 3rd party developments; Negotiates costing on all style components; Collaborates with cross-functional team members to ensure all sourced components are approved and in alignment with company standards; Communicates with vendors to mitigate potential issues; Maintains records and organization of sourced materials with development trackers and line sheets; Leads weekly fitting for all brands to ensure fitting standards are achieved; Collaborates directly with VP of Merchandising & Design in all areas of design and product development; Creates and maintains GTM calendar seasonally for development; Identifies and implements critical milestones to mitigate potential product lifecycle roadblocks.

Owns entire Design/Product Development through to production; completes concept and technical flat sketches, CADs & tech packs; maintains WIP and organization of all sourced materials and assortment line sheets; performs color and silhouette trend research; presents all concepts to VP of Design/Buyer; leads fittings and provides fit comments to factories with pattern revisions and grade checks, approves lab dips/strike offs and color standard selection; initiates and negotiates costing.

Oversees the Silverts account with 1 direct report; ensures brand process is followed across internal and 3rd party vendor developments, completes sketches, tech packs & fit comments; works with cross-functional team members to source trims and fabrics; works with 3rd party vendors for additional sourcing needs; maintains records and organization of sourced materials with development trackers and line sheets, leads weekly fitting for 3rd party developments; works closely with VP of Merchandising & Design in all areas of design and product development; creates milestone calendar seasonally for development.

Completes sketches, tech packs & fit comments; works with cross-functional team members to source trims and fabrics; works with 3rd party suppliers for additional sourcing needs; maintains records and organization of sourced materials and line sheets, leads weekly fitting for 3rd party developments; works closely with VP of Design in all areas of design and product development.

Intimates, Sleepwear & Loungewear Performs trend research & presents at meetings completes style requests, hand sketches, line sheets & F&B sheets attends fittings & notes measurements and revisions for garments completes grade checks & pattern revisions communicates with overseas factories

Intimates, Shapewear, & Sleepwear Creates digital garment sketches and prints for several brands creates tech packs via PLM and completes CADs & buyer boards works closely with Senior Designers to meet strict deadlines works with product development & technical design on new print & garment concepts performs trend research

Performs trend research creates original hand sketches and concepts creates sample requests maintains communication between office and international factories maintains records and organization of sourced materials including costs oversees garment fittings tracks proto, fit, PP & TOP samples
