Being fortunate enough to gain the opportunity to work in one of the Midlands most credited cocktail bars, I held strong determination and passion within my job role working at Manhattan 34.
Educating the customer with our drinks in regards to the content, reasoning’s for using specific ingredients was a key factor of my job role in order to gain the customers appreciation, trust and friendship. I feel that I have been educated in various aspects of bartending here that I would have not been taught in any other.
Being employed by an independent company, my role here focuses exceptionally on:
• Customer intimacy, gaining preference in taste, honesty and relationship.
• Fine detail within all aspects of the bar.
• Highly professional representation and maintenance as a whole.
• Personal creations of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages to customer’s preference, plus fine touches from our large varied menu.
