Daniela De Ocana

My name is Daniela De Ocana. I am an eclectic fashion, graphic and textile designer graduated

with top grades in Italy and with 4-years-experience in the fashion industry in Beijing, China.

Thanks to different experiences during and after my graduation at the European Design institute

in Italy (IED), I have acquired top notch skills in fashion collection development for a variety of brands in different markets and different target customers. I have also excelled in both identifying key trends and translating them into commercial viable products.

I was born in Argentina, but I lived in Italy until 2008 where i worked as a fashion designer covering

both kidswear and sportswear. I was then selected among several candidates soon after my graduation to join the design department of Kappa in Beijing, where I lived and worked for the past 4 years gaining relevant experience in designing women and men sportswear.

I have now moved to London to use my advanced design skills, my holistic understanding of the

business and my “contagious” charisma to continue my succesfull career in the fashion industry.
