At Dev factory I led a team of designers. We handled HCI requirements of Trilogy and its sister companies which are focused on widely different industries as Insurance, Automotive, Project Management suite and 3D Modeling. My work involved creating user experience design for web applications, mobile and ipad applications and corporate websites. I was responsible for providing creative and design direction on projects and overseeing the work of other designers.

I was working as User Experience consultant with Josh Labs, Annectos, Fiba Asia, Shop@Delhi etc.
• For annectos I was their ‘go to’ user experience designer. I designed the user experience for their main B2B application, microsites, emailers etc. I helped set up a design team to take forward the designs I have created
• At Josh Labs (a start up) I designed the user experience for their internal portals & websites and also worked on applications for their clients.
• For Federation of Asian Basketball (FIBA) I designed the user experience for their News & Events portal

At Versata/Trilogy I was mainly involved with creating user experience for various projects of Ford,Lincoln, Mercury etc.
• Ownership of the User Experience of FordDirect Website
• Responsible for User Experience of Dealer website and the Admin Application used by about 5000 Ford dealers.
• Defining project tasks, deliverables, timelines and milestones.
• Interacting with Clients through UI designs and brainstorming with them about ideas/problem.
• Working with the development team to ensure the UI guidelines have been met.
• Work with program managers, metrics and development team to create prototypes for A/B testing and research.
• Assisting in developing Usability test scripts and prototypes.
• Work with 3rd party resources in case of outsourced projects.

Role: Concept, Design, Art Direction, Providing timelines and deliverables to Client servicing team, coordinating with the development team.

Projects: Providing Strategy and Branding for Website and other promotional material, Developing Prototypes, Creating UI designs for website and other online promotional material such as direct mailers, newsletters, banners & interstitials, wallpapers, CD roms etc.

Clients: IBM, Hutch, INGVysya, Hindustan Lever, and Deepam Silks

Role: Concept, Design (Print & Web), Setting UI Guidelines, Coordinating with the development team

Projects: Websites ranging from Brand Sites to B2B websites,e-cards, e-mailers, wall papers, Wall posters, mouse pads, brochures. Creating prototypes with the business development team for new clients.
