Responsible for production for digital and conventional workflows for P.O.S and P.O.P. printing and converting. Set-up central server based digital asset management system to improve order management integration and production scheduling. Developed digital workflow with addition of 6/C inca Spyder large format flatbed, sci- tex/HP roll printer & Zund iTouch table cutter.

Focused on select accounts, working with their in-house graphics groups, advertising agencies and art studio's to improve their understanding of the corrugated direct print process. Coordinated the introduction of large format production inkjet printing for sales samples, short run production and make-up orders.

Managed a department of 7 employees and providing direction for 3 in-house vendors. Responsible for ink, printing plate and cutting die purchases. Designed, implemented and maintained an electronic database that virtually eliminates internal paperwork for customer service, accounting, prepress, plant, QC and shipping. Successfully integrated vendors into our workflow thus greatly reducing errors, turn-around time and personnel costs. Recommended, planned & manage in-plant ink kitchen, reducing current inventory.

Oversee plant operations consisting of 33 employees. Operations cover graphic design, electronic prepress, conventional stripping, liquid and sheet photopolymer plate production, premounting & shipping. Focused on improving electronic workflow. Standardized internal color management specifically for postprint flexo. Suc- cessfully achieved an ISO 9002 certification. Beta site for the first Barco Megasetter in operation on the East Coast.
