I am an Industrial designer with a background in mixed media sculpture and ceramics. While I am currently designing house goods for the mass market, My personal design focus is on maintaining a sense of joy of discovery for the consumer. I believe in staying true to what I see as the object's sense of humor - in a way, it's own self-reflexive awareness of itself as an object. I am interested in the misfit, the odd and unique - the individual out of the mass. This is what I attempt to bring forth in my designs - a certain distinct personality of the object.
