• Collaborated cross-functionally with product management to ensure a smooth product development process of new lines of dinnerware, flatware, glassware, figurines and gifts for internationally known licensee’s to include Walt Disney, Warner Brothers, Kate Spade and
Donna Karan.
• Managed and modeled 3D digital model creation, clay sculpts, plaster sculpts and resin sculpts for Lenox/Dansk/Reed & Barton.
• Translated original design concepts into detailed 3D models.
• Managed and performed all 3D prototyping to include 3D printing and programming 4 axis CNC milling. 3D Scanning and reverse engineering scanned data to create 3D files with Zbrush
and Maya.
• Guided a team of 3D artists to develop best practices by setting clear goals and a high bar of quality, managing project loads and allocating designers accordingly.
• Planned day to day design scheduling to ensure deadlines are met and contributing as a designer when necessary.
• Executed in a fast-paced and highly fluid environment collaborating with sourcing directors to supply foreign and domestic vendors detailed 3D digital files, technical drawings, 3D printed models, finished CNC milled models and hand models for molding and manufacturing.

Designed and developed award winning products for the consumer market as part of a multi-disciplinary design team utilizing state-of-the-art digital design methods.

• Contributed to presentations for national and global clients including Walmart, Target, Kohl’s, and
Crate & Barrel.
• Contributed to projects from brainstorming through execution, working with team members across other disciplines.
• Demonstrated cross cultural communication while working closely with Asia Technical and Quality Control Teams to resolve manufacturing issues to revalue, engineer and ultimately increase
profit margin.
• Managed and trained a staff of designers in Tianjin, China and New Jersey.
