Served as lead architect in the development of collection catagories focused on market demographics that expanded the woven assortment into a lifestyle brand. Addressed denim performance with upgrade piece goods, new denim trim package and in store merchandising that resulted in a 150% increase in unit sales.

Implemented standard spec sheets that maximized delivery with fit and function from 1st strike off to delivery.
