Research the different areas of congestion problems in the theater by immersing myself as an usher and interiewing other co-workers along with patrons. Continuing to concept develop and user-test with the theater to bring a final manufacted design.

Research into the different areas of the congestion problem in the Landmark Theatre by immersing myself as an usher, conducting interviews with patrons and other ushers, observing and mapping out the current system.

Design and user test with new patrons in the theater to systematically get visitors from the door to their seat without compromising aesthetics of historical landmark. Develop and work with manufacturing to implement the final solution.

Product development in collaboration with engineers and market researchers to design Welch Allyn medical devices.
