About
I am a Creative Entrepreneur based out of Long Beach. I grew up in Denver and studied at the Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design, and the Art Institute of Colorado. I moved out to California about 10 years ago to gain experience as an artist. I was a senior artist at the largest t-shirt company in the nation, Hybrid apparel from 2005 to 2014. I started my own t-shirt company Fresh Ink and learned the entire screen printing process. I am a published illustrator for books, comics, and posters. I am a professional muralist with multiple large scale works in the heart of the community. I was a member of the Art Exchange where I ran a gallery called The Rogues Gallery. I have been exhibited in multiple galleries and have curated a couple shows. I have been commissioned for hundreds of freelance projects ranging from book covers, character design, gaming icons, and portraits. My goal is to work in a creative atmosphere that supports artistic individuality, collaborative learning, and provides me with unique challenges to overcome.

Esix DesignJan 2000 - Jan 2015 (15 years)I have worked for hundreds of freelance clients with a broad range of work. Ive done t-shirt brand identity, gaming icons, posters, portraits and logos. I have created graphics for snowboards, skateboards, surfboards, helmets, apparel and design. I've been published for school posters, magazines and book covers.

Senior ArtistCypress, CAApr 2008 - Sep 2014 (6 years 5 months)I worked with the art team and art directors to create best-selling t-shirts across a wide variety of clients and licenses. I created designs from scratch, built tech packs, helped with cads and creating catalogues. I handled multiple projects while taking direction from several art directors. Worked and organized multiple large scale murals in collaboration with the company and other artists.

Head Designer and Art DirectorCosta Mesa, CAAug 2005 - Jan 2013 (7 years 5 months)Created the name, and brand identity. Created most artwork including most artwork, logos, ad banners, catalogues, web graphics and designs. Was an Art Director overseeing multiple designers working on a variety of projects. I learned the entire screen printing process from start to finish. Also some Sales and marketing while setting up booths at venues and festivals.
