ƒ˜Specialized in Landscape design, Architectural design and rendered 3D modeling and Computer Graphics
ƒ˜Performs graphical conceptual design using computer software with speed and accuracy
Preparing Soft Landscaping and Irrigation Detail Shop Drawings as per project specification
ƒ˜Prepares Material list and Material take-off using Auto CAD for each project as well as the quantity
ƒ˜Updates Drawings as per changes in Design and Material Approval for each project work
ƒ˜Have been involved in the following Projects :

o SHK Hamad Bin Jasim Palace - Al Wajba
o SHK Hamad Bin Jasim office - Al Wajba
o State Mosque Qatar
o City Center -Phase III
o Privet Amiri Diwan office Building

Duties & Responsibilities:

Preparing Soft ,Hard Landscaping and Irrigation Detail Shop Drawings as per project specification
Providing all type of Shop Drawings for Engineering requirements of the Operation and Maintains activities for Landscape works
Preparing co-ordination drawings for Hard, Soft Landscape and Irrigation Drawings for Site Construction
Prepares Material list and Material take-off using Auto CAD for each project as well as the quantity
Updates Drawings as per changes in Design and Material Approval for each project work
Assures Drawings comply with Project Specifications and Standards
Getting Approval of Works at various stages from the Consultants / Clients
Quantities of Final Measurement of all structures, Final Measurement Correspondence with Consultant for Verification and Approval
Prepares As-Built Drawings

Duties & Responsibilities:
ƒ˜Prepares Plan & Detail Shop Drawings, Setting out & Level Drawings, Co-ordination drawings for Site Construction Meets with Consultant / Client to materialize their concept or whenever construction problem arises
Visits site to attend weekly meeting with Site Engineer and monitors the progress of work according to Schedule and Design
