These projects deepened my understanding of consumer behavior and retail-shop requirements during a time when brick-and-mortar stores faced heavy pressure from e-commerce. By applying strategic, innovation-driven design, I created interactive booths and modular retail displays that encouraged hands-on engagement and gamified experiences, proving that well-planned physical environments can draw visitors and deliver value beyond online shopping.
