Felicity Heywood

I designed corporate branding and advertisements for local businesses and produced a glossy magazine titled Namoi Life. I also undertook a variety of one-off print jobs for different organisations including annual reviews, advertising catalogues, posters, invitations, promotional brochures, event marketing, logos, business cards and stationary. I was responsible for all the prepress requirements and the training of staff members in the use of InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. As a senior graphic designer, I had one assistant and was also responsible for managing their workload.

I assisted with the production and layout of the Namoi Valley Independent Newspaper and North West Magazine. I took on the role of art director and designer of the Namoi Valley ENERGY Magazine, SPRING Magazine and the Gunnedah trades and services booklet. I created newspaper advertisements, brochures, flyers, posters and business cards for a wide selection of local businesses and designed brandmarks, stationary, information packs and advertising materials for events such as the Gunnedah Women’s Forum and the Annual Porchetta Day. I also was responsible for editing and retouching all the photography that was published in the newspaper.
