About
Since graduation Bournemouth University with a degree in Computer Animation Arts, I have pointed my focus on set production. I have 5 years experience working on several festival builds, doing site work and creative decor.
My degree in Computer Animation has given me insight in to preproduction and the ability to build, texture, and render 3d models to suit any purpose be it event layout plans or proposal illustration.
I have been Freelancing with Mad Ferret Creative Productions for the last few months which has allowed me to travel all over the country so far and will shortly be taking me to Croatia to Hideout Festival.
I am very hard working and have a keen eye for creative solutions, no matter the circumstances. Although I still feel that I am in a position of education within the industry, I am forever keen to learn more and only need to be shown how to do things once. I now also come with drill and podger as well as a robust enthusiasm for creating something new.
My spare time is spent working as a digital illustrator working primarily in photoshop. I have completed commissions in portraiture, concept art and cd cover artwork. I love having another platform in which to express my creativity, and within the realms of digital media, anything is possible! -

Freelance IllustratorFreelanceSep 2013 - Present (12 years 10 months)Since graduating I have devoted my spare time to building my skill as a concept artist and digital designer. I have completed Commissions for cd covers, concept artwork and portraiture. I primarily use Photoshop and a Bamboo Tablet, but with my skill in 3D design I will be branching into some 3D illustration very soon.

Creative ElfLapland UKCourt Yard Station Hill, United KingdomOct 2015 - Dec 2015 (2 months)For a month duration in 2015, I worked on the creative set up of Lapland UK. I took charge of the Blacksmith and Sweet Shop window as you can see in my portfolio. This involved the creation of a realistic looking forge from Chipboard and Baton. I also carved the mountains in the Sweetshop window from expanding builders foam with internal wooden supports.

My most recent job involved working as part of the Site Crew for Hideout Festival 2015 in Zrće, Croatia. Here I assisted with the erection of the 16ft LED cube, the light cones and geo-shades, as well as signage, painting and manual lifting. The build was very tough, especially with the heat, but a good time was had by all, and the overall product was great. -
Set Designer, Decor Manager, Decor ArtistTruck Festival, Entirety Presents Palm CityJul 2015 - Jul 2015I was asked to design and build the stage set for the Palm City stage at Truck Festival 2015. I was involved from the very beginning in this one, being given general ideas from the company manager, and working with those to create something that would look great in front of a crowd. I worked closely with the lighting guys and we decided the best route would be to create something that could be 3D mapped. Unfortunately, given the short time frame, they weren't able to map it to the full extent intended, however they still did a great job given our seemingly endless line of restrictions and obstacles. As well as the stage, I was asked to create an entranceway which I designed to look like a road tunnel. I also designed an build a large 7ft sign based on the logo for the stage which met people as they passed through the tunnel.
Overall, the build was a complete success! -
