-Responsible for conceptualizing, developing and creating Playsets for licensed and non licensed brands.
-Closely working with Product Development helping review and approve designs, revisions and submissions.
-Communicate effectively with cross-functional team to achieve alignment on projects.
-Create trends/moodboards, research & identifies new and emerging trends especially in POP culture and shop market for inspiration.

-Responsible for conceptualizing unique stylize plush for Pokemón Movie. Working closely with licensor for approval.
-Working with U.S Vendors and Hong Kong Factory directly in the creation of electronic plush toy design.

-Responsible for conceptualizing,developing and creating for Black & Decker licensed brand. Re-Imagening Evergreen product and new product.
-Developing Internal Intellectual Properties.
-Pitched for major licensed brands. Coming up with new product ideas and creating samples with Hong Kong and Local Vendors.

Worked with multiple major Toy companies as Model maker, Painter, Proof of concept model, foam model maker, and design concept.

-Developed Licensed brands with new concepts, work with Marketing, and licensor.
-Develop Pitch for new Brands and develop new features from sketch to final Product.
-Work on Intellectual Property and pitch internal brands.
