Hannah Knowles

A work experience job designing and project managing a portable work station for a charity which takes art,design and many other things to children within the community. This project is still currently underway and the prototype is being tested, final design should be available shortly, with a time frame to finish the project and to be rolled out into the community by october 2014

Skills I have learnt within the job are how to listen to customers and find out their needs, this allows me to ensure the customer happiness. This means that the customer would return to your store instead of looking elsewhere. I have also learnt how to work as team and how to complete individual tasks to the best of my ability. I am hard working person who likes to complete tasks to a high standard to ensure the happiness of my employer and for the customer. I enjoy learning new skills and using what I have learnt to the tasks in hand.
