• Acquire and manage data from multiple platforms including PFH's e-commerce site, American Express reports, Loyalty Member statistics, and Hootsuite to maximize our promotional reach
• Produce 22 print ads a year for Washingtonian Magazine with a circulation of over 125,000 people per month
• Effectively communicate the PFH concept and image by representing the company at various on-site events

• Layout and design of the quarterly PFH newsletter, Fork It Up, to over 32,000 through use of InDesign
• Manage PassionFoodHospitality.com and BurgerTapShake.com with real time edits and updates
• Coordinate and execute photo shoots for various publications including Thrillist.com, Zagat.com DC, DCist.com, DC.Eater.com
• Oversee all activity in PFH's e-commerce site including 900 customer enrollments to over 15 Cooking and Tasting Classes a year

• Handled weekly sales to budget reports, bi-weekly deposits, and monthly reconciliation reports
• Finalized the Banquet Event Orders with menu selections and pricing
• Oversaw all activity in PFH's e-commerce site in addition to the enrollment, guest correspondence, redemptions, maintenance, and inquiries relate to our loyalty program
• Coordinated civic and community donations, in-house dining allowances, and trade/owner compensation cards
• Maintained files and updates to the PFH employee database

I make and confirm 100-450 reservations per dining services as well as seat all guest with total consideration for their personal preferences while sustaining seating rotation. Also, I maintain professionalism and composure at all times, especially in stressful situations to create a professional atmosphere for the guest while effectively communicating with supervisor, kitchen staff, and all other staff members throughout shift to ensure the best possible dining experience for our guest.

I served and prepared roughly 1000 menu items daily while catering to roughly 700 customers as well as reconcile the register cash and bank at the end of each work day. When necessary, I trained new staff to our standards.

I elucidated contract and the Global Getaways website to over 250 new clients as well as produced and distributed daily demographics to marketing including customer’s age, sex, education, race,
ethnicity, and source of income.

I designed and executed approximately 20 4x6 full color print ads to be delivered among 220,000 households, as well as expanded online advertising clientele by15 percent with multimedia promotions offering discounts for utilizing both our internet and print advertising resources.
