Principal Duties:
• Define product request ,feature and product style for relevant target groups together with Product planer & Portfolio team via market research and workshop
• Handle industrial design part of products together with CMF designers based on conclusion of research and workshop
• Explore and define design philosophy and language with other CPD members from other sites like Tokyo and Lund annually through design workshop
• Accomplish initial mechanical design with Mechanical engineers and PM team to match target request for in-house projects
• Instruct ODM vendors with in-house ME team(on site at Taipei office) to follow up and optimize mechanical design of products
• Present design story and demonstrate design mockups for each product targeting Chinese market to clients in Sell-in meeting

Principal Duties:
• Create conceptual designs according to the Annual Design Roadmap
• Define product feature and user interface layout with UI design team
• Complete definition of target market with Marketing, PM and PLM, then optimize the design
• Accomplish initial mechanical design with MD engineers
• Select appropriated ODM suppliers and instruct their team to complete the follow-up product design refinement and manufacture

Principal Duties:

• Assist engineers in mechanical design and prototype making in MD phase
• Assist engineers in reviewing the results of the first proofing to ensure the consistency of design and final product in Mold phase
• Go to Eindhoven office to complete project with VANBERLO design team if the project needs
