Mercedes E-class accessories - For the new E-class and E-coupe several parts, like front/rear spoiler and diffusors, were made using ICEM-Surf. Based on 1 sketch the CAD data was made taking into account aesthetics, quality (Class A/B surfaces) and manufacturability.

SLK Bobbycar - The new 2008 Mercedes SLK Bobbycar manufactured by BIG. Built with ICEM-Surf based on a side- and top-view sketch. The CAD data was used directly for production which meant the process involved the conversion from 2D into 3D while taking into consideration the manufacturability; the optimal integration of styling and engineering. Afterwards I made the grapics for the production model.
Rim built with ICEM Surf - An example of ICEM Surf work; a rim was built in 5 - 8 hours. Only available information were pictures.
